Engr. Olanrewaju Waheed Kazeem, is the Acting Head of the Agency. He was born on the 4th of September, (1968) to the family of Alhaji and Alhaja Aremu Kazeem Isale-Eko Lagos.
He attended Badagry Grammar School, Badagry from (1980 – 1985) and got his WAEC O level. He later went to Federal School of Arts and Science Victoria Island Lagos from (1985 – 1987).
Engineer Kazeem is an aluminous of the University of Lagos, Akoka from 1987 to 1992 where he came out with B. Sc in Chemical Engineering.
He started his career with Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) in (2000 to July 2003). He was posted to Ministry of Environment, Alausa, Ikeja July (2003). He also worked with Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) from July 2013 to December 2013 and thereafter to his present posting.
It will be worthy of note to say he has garner a lot of professional qualification such as Council for Regulation of Engineering Profession (COREN) as a corporate member. He is a corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSCHE).
He loves reading and playing table tennis. Engr. Kazeem got promoted to Assistant Director GL 15 in 2016. He is happily married with children.
